Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from Cape Town, South Africa.

  • Local deliveries: 3–5 working days
  • International (DHL Express): 7–14 working days depending on location
  • Made-to-order prints: add 2–3 days for production before dispatch
    You’ll get a tracking link once your parcel is on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, drop us a message within 7 days — we’ll sort it.
We offer store credit or a replacement once we’ve received and inspected the item.We don’t offer cash refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you’re outside Cape Town, you’ll need to courier the return back to us.

Custom & Collaboration Work

We love working with other artists, brands, and makers. If you have an idea that fits the Pal Goods world, send it through — we’re always open to good collaborations.

Where We’re Based

Pal Goods is based in Cape Town, with roots in our design studio Made by Radio. You can sometimes find our pieces in local shops or pop-ups, but most items are made-to-order and shipped directly from the studio.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through our payment gateway - Paystack. Paystack is a 100% secure payment processor.

What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If you are interested in an out-of-stock product, feel free to leave us a message, and we will notify you when it is back in stock.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another item of equal value or opt for store credit. If you are not in Cape Town, you must courier the items back to our Pal Goods HQ and we will process the return once we receive the items. If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item once we have received and inspected your returned item/s. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees. You can then reorder the new item you would like.
